The first action that I took at Norco was to re-brand the business, which included logo design, building a new website, and rolling out the new branding across all company channels. Main duties include gathering content of newsworthy value to deliver engaging campaigns on email, social media, website, and press releases. Use of Mail Chimp to analyse the results of email campaigns, where engagement is critical for the database growth. Management of Facebook and LinkedIn accounts to communicate effective company messages on a weekly basis. Use of in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics to continually make improvements to the business’s website by analysing KPIs such as visits/unique users/page impressions/time on site/bounce rate etc. Use of Google Ads to advertise the company’s services (within budget) in areas that are not strong on organic search results. Furthermore, arranging and managing exhibitions from stand builders to stand design.
